• Avoid harsh cleaning products; a slightly damp cloth may be used on stones with straight motions.
• Put on your jewelry after applying perfume, makeup, or hairspray to prevent damage.
• Do not wear it while bathing, sleeping, or playing sports.
• Store each piece in its box or pouch, away from sunlight and heat, and separately from other jewelry.

WARRANTY POLICY

For extra peace of mind, we offer a 3-month repair warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. Your jewelry is in good hands always.

Even after your 3-month warranty ends, we’re still here for you. Repairs and maintenance are available for a small fee, based on your piece’s condition.

Please note: The warranty does not cover misuse, damage, or loss.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES :

• We offer easy returns & exchange within 14 days after the delivery date.
• To be eligible for a return & exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
